Def; any is used in negative and interrogative sentences
in the place of some to tell the countable or uncountable nouns.
For example;
Simple sentences

There are some boys in the school.
|
There are not any boys in the school.
|
Are there any boys in the school?
|
A ate some rice.
|
I did not eat any rice.
|
Did I eat nay rice?

Any of
Def;after any of we used determiners
(the,these,those,my,his,her)or plural noun(us,them,you) in necessary.
For example;
They did not think, any of them can do this work.وہ باور نہیں کرتے کہ اْن میں سے کوئی یہ کام کر سکتا ہے۔
These all books are mine; you can take any of them.یہ ساری کتابیں میری ہیں آپ ان میں سے کوئی بھی لے سکتے ہیں۔
